Finding Clarity
As you know, motivation is key. We have to establish our “why” to create forward momentum and to make progress.
Whether it comes easily and quickly or takes some time, we’ll keep working on it because it’s an evolving process. Getting clarity on our “why” is one of the success tools that I teach and value most highly.
I’ll probably give homework and/or strategy coaching and practice suggestions during the coaching session. If your child is in school, I will include accountability steps and monitoring for homework completion. Together, we will set up ways that I can monitor progress and strategy use.
We can schedule Virtual Meetings for our coaching sessions. I can review homework sent to me via email or check it online. We can communicate via text or voice messages and JPG images. I will be checking in at regular intervals to make sure your child is on track.
I’ll identify progress markers and checkpoints at predetermined intervals. Finally, we’ll schedule our next session to review and refine the coaching plan.
Working the process
Remember: practice doesn’t make perfect, but it should lead to improvement.
Any strategies I teach are part of the process.
It’s all learning and self-improvement, and self-improvement is a lifelong process. The tools and training you get from me will continue to support you and your child as you journey through your lives.
